Davies and Partners Solicitors is a well-established law firm with over 30 years of experience. It has a national reputation for excellence in the Property sector and offers a wide range of legal services for businesses and individuals. The firm has 5 offices in Gloucester, Bristol, Birmingham, London, and Devon, with approximately 160 staff.
This role reports to the HR Manager based in Gloucester and supports employees across all locations.
As an HR Advisor, you will support the HR Manager in delivering a proactive and high-quality HR service across the firm. This hands-on role requires expertise in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR best practices within a professional services environment.
Your job title does not limit your duties, and you may be asked to perform other work within your abilities. We reserve the right to make changes in line with technological developments that may impact your duties or methods of working.
The primary location can be in the Gloucester or Bristol office. Some travel to other offices may be required, with expenses covered.
A pro-rata salary of GBP (phone number removed) per annum, depending on experience.
Part-time hours to be agreed, with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week. Some hybrid working is possible on an informal basis, but office attendance is also required. Typical working hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
This role complies with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and applicants will be subject to a DBS check.
