The organisation has an extensive track record of successful operations in the UK, and this is an excellent opportunity to join the expanding Health and Safety Team. Responsibilities

• Carrying out site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and working with the team to implement these
• Keeping up to date with SHE legislation and company policies and procedures, and ensuring that the site teams are following these
• Liaising with site management, offering health and safety advice as necessary and attending regular health and safety meetings
• Leading accident/incident investigations for your area

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within the wider construction industry
• A NEBOSH, or NVQ qualification, at or above certificate level (or equivalent) and relevant membership of IOSH
• The ability to influence and engage a range of stakeholders and comfortable working at site
• A strong technical knowledge across relevant health and safety legislation, compliance and regulations
