Job summary

Portico is seeking a Regional Guest Services Lead to help launch and deliver a world-class front of house experience at the brand-new Manchester offices of a world-renowned auditor. This hands-on role requires proven leadership of high-performing teams and oversight of hospitality, meeting room setup, vending services, and client journeys from ground floor to hospitality areas.

The position is 40 hours per week, with shifts from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and flexibility to support

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering 5-star service within corporate, hospitality, or events environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of delivering exceptional client and guest experiences.
• Experience in change management, team mobilisation and recruitment to lead teams through organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of exceptional service to clients and guests to the highest standards.
• Lead and manage high-performing teams across front of house, hospitality, meeting room setup and related services.
• Coordinate ground-floor to meeting room and hospitality area journeys to ensure a seamless client experience.
