Job summary

Portico is seeking a Client Support Host to be the face of a prestigious global banking client in Manchester. Based in the Manchester office, you will deliver a white‑glove visitor experience, greeting guests and supporting events in a 5‑star hospitality environment.

The role requires prior front‑of‑house experience, superb presentation and communication, and the ability to handle VIP guests and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome and front-of-house service.
• Manage meeting rooms, client hospitality, and event support.
• Keep client floor and reception areas immaculate and presentation-ready.
• Handle visitor registration and security passes with discretion.
• Support internal teams with day-to-day client care and administrative duties.
