Job summary

Portico Premier roles require warm, polished professionals to deliver high-end front-of-house service across multiple client sites in London. You will greet guests, manage registrations, assist with meeting room bookings and coordinate hospitality while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have experience in corporate reception or luxury hospitality, strong communication skills and the ability to adapt across locations. 40 hours/week with weekend/bank holiday flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to visitors, clients and colleagues.
• Act as an ambassador for Portico and our clients.
• Manage visitor registration, access control and host notifications.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and workplace teams.
• Support meeting room bookings, hospitality services and workplace operations.
• Maintain exceptional presentation standards across front-of-house areas.
