Job summary

Portico is seeking a Regional Guest Services Lead to help launch and deliver a world-class front of house experience at the brand-new Manchester offices of a world-renowned auditor. This hands-on role requires proven leadership of high-performing teams and oversight of hospitality, meeting room setup, vending services, and client journeys from ground floor to hospitality areas.

The position is 40 hours per week, with shifts from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and flexibility to support

• Proven experience delivering 5-star service within corporate, hospitality, or events environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of delivering exceptional client and guest experiences.
• Experience in change management, team mobilisation and recruitment to lead teams through organisational change.

Job description

Portico is searching for an exceptional Regional Guest Services Lead to help us launch and deliver a world class front of house experience at the brand-new Manchester offices of a world renown auditor.

This role involves actively managing and overseeing the delivery of exceptional service to clients and guests, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest standards. It is a hands-on and proactive position, requiring proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.

The role is responsible for overseeing a range of business support functions, including hospitality, meeting room setup, vending services and client's journey, from the ground floor through to meeting rooms and hospitality areas. You will ensure the team consistently delivers a seamless, memorable and exceptional client experience.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7:30 am -18:00 pm, Mon-Fri. Flexibility to support and oversee evening client events is essential.

Competitive Salary.

• Proven experience delivering 5 - star service within a corporate, hospitality or events environment, ideally at management level.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of delivering exceptional client and guest experiences.
• Experience in change management, team mobilisation and recruitment, with ability to lead and support teams through organisational change.
• Confidence in managing the mobilisation and transition of an office and team to a new site, planned for Autumn.
• Previous experience in pre-opening activities, including recruitment, team preparation, operational planning and service implementation.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to maintain high service implementation.
