Job summary

HSB Technical Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager for the North Central region. The role focuses on developing regional sales, managing existing accounts, and generating new business with security installers and integrators.

You will promote CCTV, access control, intruder alarms and related electronic security solutions while building long-term customer relationships and meeting growth targets.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience within Fire & Security or similar technical sales.
• Experience selling to installers, integrators and trade customers.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage a regional sales territory and maintain a structured pipeline.
• Willingness to travel across the North Central territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts to increase revenue.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Attend eight customer visits per week to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on account planning.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
