Job summary

ISS UK Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services across a regional portfolio. The role covers mobile sites including Penrith, York, Newcastle, Scarborough and Edinburgh with regular travel and a full UK driving licence required.

You will manage teams, stakeholders and service delivery, ensuring compliance, safety and cost controls while driving continuous improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• Senior Facilities Manager experience preferred or strong FM/SMFM ready for regional role.
• Experience leading multi-site facilities delivery across hard and soft FM.
• Comfortable reviewing statutory compliance reports and safety standards.
• Experience managing budgets, targets, and service delivery performance.
• Knowledge of recruitment, absence management, and people management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services across regional sites.
• Oversee maintenance activities across buildings, systems and assets.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships as a trusted service partner.
• Provide leadership to regional teams and drive service excellence.
• Ensure health and safety, compliance, and safe systems of work are embedded.
• Manage contract budgets, financial targets and cost controls.
• Oversee recruitment, training, development, appraisal and performance management.
• Support contract mobilisations with workforce transfers and policy compliance.
