Hours of work: 40
Contract Type: Permanent
We are recruiting an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to support the delivery of a national Hard and Soft FM contract across a portfolio of government buildings in the North East.
Working as part of a wider regional team, you will play an important role in maintaining high standards of compliance, performance and service delivery across 2 client sites.
The contract covers a broad range of facilities services, including engineering, planned and reactive maintenance, cleaning, catering and security, giving the successful candidate exposure to both Hard and Soft FM operations.
You will need a strong understanding of statutory compliance, PPM, reactive maintenance and engineering service delivery, ensuring that works are completed safely, correctly and within the required standards. You will also support the management of site-based teams and suppliers, with previous experience supervising or managing people highly desirable.
