Job summary

OneSchool Global UK is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations across a dispersed estate, ensuring safe, compliant and sustainable campuses for students and staff.

The role requires travelling across campuses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, building strong relationships with regional heads and campus teams while delivering continuous improvements in service delivery and asset performance.

Qualifications

• Significant facilities or property management experience in a multi-site organisation.
• Experience with compliance, health and safety, and maintenance planning.
• Experience managing facilities budgets and service contracts.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and preventative maintenance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management operations across multiple campuses.
• Lead preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.
• Manage contractors and service providers, including performance monitoring.
• Ensure statutory compliance, inspections and maintenance obligations.
• Monitor asset registers and lifecycle planning; support capital investment decisions.
• Manage maintenance budgets and operational expenditure.
• Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant learning environments.
• Support continuous improvement across facilities management and service delivery.
