Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Regional Facilities Manager based in the South, near Slough, to lead facilities management across a multi-location UK portfolio with regular travel.

You will manage client relationships, drive cost savings, oversee operational and technical activities, ensure health and safety compliance and lead a technical team including a Site Supervisor, Plumber, Fabric Technicians and Engineers.

Qualifications

• FM experience in multi-site environments.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Good commercial awareness and cost management experience.
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors and contract renewals.
• Ability to identify and deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies.
• Strong health, safety and facilities compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client relationship across all locations, maintaining strong, consistent communication.
• Develop trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Represent CBRE positively and demonstrate value of CBRE service model.
• Proactively identify client concerns and resolve them with the account team.
• Lead annual supplier contract renewals and support cost negotiations.
• Challenge supplier costs and identify opportunities to improve value without impacting service.
