Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in London seeks a highly experienced General Manager - Facilities Management to lead in-house facility, amenities, Engineering, Conference Services, Concierge and Health and Safety for a prestigious global client.

The role requires directing department heads, driving strategic initiatives, overseeing recruitment and training, and delivering exceptional workplace services across a luxury corporate environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership experience in hospitality or corporate real estate.
• Strong communication, coaching and team development abilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs and supplier partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace Experience teams and programs to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Direct other department heads to implement strategies improving employee and client satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment, training and retention of senior management staff.
• Manage facilities operations including maintenance, vendor management, and space planning.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.
• Partner with CBRE professionals to apply best practices in operations and guest experience.
• Plan and execute internal meetings and events, aligning with client needs.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships and communicate proactively.
