Reed in Partnership is seeking a Regional Employer Manager to drive business development and manage employer relationships across Cambridge, Peterborough, Norfolk and Suffolk. The role is office based and involves sourcing placement opportunities for Youth Jobs Guarantee, with a pro‑rata salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work in a customer‑facing environment, delivering services that help unemployed individuals gain sustainable employment.

Formación

• Minimum 1+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Experience working in a service delivery team.
• GCSE English Language at Grade B or Level 2 literacy.
• Proven ability to identify and secure placement opportunities across multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Source placement opportunities for Youth Jobs Guarantee across multiple sites.
• Educate operations teams and programme participants about opportunities in key sectors.
• Ensure recruitment and placement services meet KPIs identified in contracts.
• Develop and maintain employer relationships and drive new business opportunities.
