Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Recruitment Manager in Peterborough to build strong relationships with local employers and develop new opportunities for participants on the Restart Scheme. You will identify opportunities, plan employer events, and drive post-placement support while working with internal and external stakeholders.

The role offers a generous base salary, pro-rata for part-time, and flexible working arrangements with development opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, account management or business development.
• Experience working to targets.
• Willingness to travel locally and knowledge of local labour market.
• Minimum 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma; GCSE English Grade B or Level 2 Literacy.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and win new clients.
• Plan and run events such as jobs fairs and employer days.
• Post-placement support and account management.
• Meet and exceed KPIs.
