Circa £76,000 per annum (Depending on skills & Experience) Full time 37 hrs a week / Permanent Lincoln Make every drop of your leadership count. Join our team!

We’re looking for a dynamic leader to take charge of our 24/7 Control Centre for Water Recycling, driving operational excellence and proactive risk management. This is a pivotal role where you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering Outcome Delivery Incentive targets (ODI’s), and shifting our approach from reactive response to proactive risk preparation.

You’ll lead Operational Risk Managers and support managers across the business, fostering a high-performance culture and embedding continuous improvement in incident and event management.

What will you be doing as Control Centre Leader?
  • Own escalation and coordination of events, ensuring timely and effective incident response and recovery.
  • Embed proactive risk monitoring, moving from alarms to predictive insights, and deliver tailored trend reporting and regulatory submissions.
  • Advance proactive intervention through playbooks, resourcing, and collaboration with partners (@one/IMR).
  • Establish robust engagement and performance frameworks, designing team structures and policies for 24/7 effectiveness.
  • Drive rapid restoration and post-event learning to continuously improve incident management.
