Regional Commercial Manager

Location: Lincolnshire and surrounding areas

Monday – Friday: 08.30am – 17.30pm

Salary: £50,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Regional Commercial Manager to drive growth in an established scrap metal and waste management business in North‑East Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will identify, negotiate and secure new scrap metal sales and purchase opportunities while also managing and developing relationships with existing clients.

This role requires travel across the North-East Lincolnshire region and the ability to work independently, while effectively coordinating with onsite managers and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven track record in business development or sales within scrap metal, recycling, or wider waste management industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a strong team collaborator.
  • Highly organised, with strong reporting and pipeline management abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel extensively across the region.
