Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a collaborative Senior Cleaning Contract Manager to oversee two Contract Managers and a portfolio of rail sites from Derby to London. You will blend hands-on site visits with strategic planning to drive service excellence, consistency, and client satisfaction across your portfolio.

You will contribute to new business mobilisation and innovation projects, lead reviews with stakeholders, and coach high-performing teams while expanding contract performance and margins.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in FM or related sector.
• Proven ability to grow and manage large portfolios.
• Experience acquisitions and integrations with operational alignment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Commercial awareness with data-informed decision making.
• Strategic and hands-on in implementing scalable processes.
• Driven to deliver client satisfaction across rail sites.
