Job summary

This hands-on leadership role covers contract mobilisation, stakeholder management and budgets, with a focus on delivering service excellence while living the company values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing cleaning, FM or operational service contracts.
• Strong leadership, people management and customer service skills.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs and service performance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of risk management and health & safety in contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams while promoting Pinnacle’s values.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders.
• Drive contract performance through audits, KPIs and continuous improvements.
