Pinnacle Group is seeking an Area Manager to lead cleaning operations across Kent, responsible for contracts with social landlords and housing associations. You will oversee frontline teams, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong stakeholder management, data analysis and reporting, with a focus on delivering service excellence and contract growth while living Pinnacle's values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing cleaning, FM or operational service contracts.
• Strong leadership, people management and customer service skills.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs and service performance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and reporting skills.
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams across multiple sites in Kent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders.
• Drive service improvements, innovation and contract growth.
• Ensure contracts are delivered to specifications, KPIs and standards.
• Monitor quality through audits and performance reviews; take corrective action.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance to achieve profitability.
