Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Mobile Cleaner to support its Soft Facilities Management Division across Witham and surrounding areas. You will maintain communal areas to a high standard, delivering a professional cleaning service for residents and visitors.

A full UK driving licence is essential and a company vehicle is provided. The role is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-standard cleaning in professional or commercial settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials and safe working practices.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain communal internal and external areas across estates.
• Sweep, mop, dust and litter-pick to high cleanliness standards.
• Carry out routine inspections and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Manage waste and recycling areas and keep refuse areas tidy.
• Work to agreed schedules to deliver a reliable cleaning service.

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaner to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Witham, Essex, Kent and London areas. Working across residential estates, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, safe and well-presented communal areas for residents and visitors. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service ensuring communal spaces are maintained to a consistently high standard. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations - including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A full UK Licence is essential for this role, a company vehicle will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining communal internal and external areas, including entrances, stairwells, corridors, landings and bin stores.
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting and litter picking to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Carrying out routine inspections of communal areas and reporting any health and safety concerns, damage or maintenance issues.
• Managing waste and recycling areas, including bin rotations and ensuring refuse areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Working to agreed cleaning schedules and service standards while delivering a professional and reliable service to residents and visitors.

Requirements

• Experience carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard in a professional or commercial environment.
• Good understanding of cleaning equipment, materials and safe working practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively while following cleaning schedules.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• A full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 1 year.
