Job summary

You will partner with Home Managers to implement personal development plans, maintain training records, and promote learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering induction and development training in care settings.
• Evidence of coaching and staff development skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the care sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver induction and development training across the region.
• Provide practical, hands-on training on care subjects.
• Plan and publish training calendars and maintain training files.
• Observe workplace practice and support staff development.
• Support new staff joining with induction paperwork and buddy system.
• Maintain regular contact and coaching with new team members.

C&G 7300 or equivalent
