Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver training programmes across our North West care homes and potentially homecare branches. The role requires travel to other regions to provide cover as needed.

You will lead training on Safeguarding, Moving and Assisting, First Aid, Dementia and the Mental Capacity Act, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care training that aligns with Skills for Care and CQC standards.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Education & Training or equivalent + experience delivering care-related training across varied subjects.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses across multiple sites.
• Conduct learner assessments and ensure outcomes meet standards.
• Support induction training for new homes and employees, ensuring consistent delivery.
• Facilitate Champion programmes to help home champions reach required standards.
• Maintain accurate training records and adapt to changing needs.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting for the e-learning system.
