PSR Solutions are partnering with a highly respected care provider to recruit an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join their growing team. You will design, coordinate and deliver a broad portfolio of mandatory and specialist training across residential and nursing homes in the North West, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering care-related training across a wide range of subjects.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CQC, Skills for Care).
• L3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent) essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver mandatory and specialist training programmes.
• Induction training in new services and developing home-based champions.
• Carry out supervisions to maintain training standards.
