Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver training programmes for our care teams across the North West. The role involves delivering courses, assessing learners, and supporting inductions for new homes.

You will travel between sites to provide cover, maintain records, and keep e-learning content up to date in line with Skills for Care and CQC standards. Excellent communication and training design skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 award in Education & Training or equivalent.
• Experience delivering care-related training across varied subjects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses across multiple homes.
• Deliver high-quality training to groups of employees.
• Conduct learner assessments and ensure outcomes meet standards.
• Support induction training for new homes and staff.
• Lead Champion programmes and support home champions.
• Maintain accurate training records and adapt to operational needs.
• Provide guidance on the e-learning system and keep content current.
