Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver a comprehensive range of training programmes for our care teams across the North West region. You will oversee L&D for residential and nursing homes, with potential homecare branches, and travel to other regions to provide cover as needed.

Key responsibilities include delivering safeguarding, moving and assisting, first aid, dementia, and MCA training; conducting learner assessments; supporting

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in care (e.g. Skills for Care, CQC).
• Compassionate and able to engage a wide range of learners.
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses.
• Deliver high-quality training to groups across multiple sites.
• Conduct learner assessments and ensure outcomes meet standards.
• Support induction training for new homes and employees.
• Facilitate Champion programmes and support home champions.
• Maintain accurate training records and adapt to needs.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting on the e-learning system.
