Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment seeks a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver a comprehensive training programme for our homes and branches in the North West region, with travel to other regions as needed. You will contribute to safeguarding, moving and handling, first aid, dementia and the Mental Capacity Act training.

The role requires delivering high-quality sessions, managing learner assessments and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills required.
• Strong knowledge of care regulatory frameworks (Skills for Care, CQC).
• Experience delivering care-related training across varied subjects and settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses across multiple sites.
• Deliver high-quality training to groups of employees in residential, nursing homes and homecare branches.
• Conduct learner assessments ensuring outcomes meet Skills for Care and CQC standards.
• Support induction training for new homes and employees, ensuring consistent delivery.
• Facilitate Champion programmes and support home champions to meet standards.
• Maintain accurate training records and adapt content to changing needs.
• Provide guidance on the e-learning system and troubleshoot where needed.
• Keep training content aligned with best practices and company ethos.
