Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan, and deliver comprehensive training programmes across our North West care homes, with potential homecare travel. You will join the Learning and Development Team to oversee programmes, ensure quality standards, and support induction and champion initiatives.

A Level 3 Education & Training award and care-training experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent.
• Experience delivering care-related training across varied subjects.
• Willingness to travel between sites as required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses.
• Deliver training to groups across multiple sites.
• Maintain accurate training records and monitor outcomes.
• Support induction training for new homes and employees.
• Facilitate and lead Champion programmes to meet standards.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting on the e-learning system.
• Keep content and methods current with best practices and company ethos.
