Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver training across our care homes and services. You will assess learning needs, create content and ensure delivery aligns with Skills for Care and CQC standards, with travel to North West sites and beyond as needed.

Join a dedicated L&D team and help implement induction programs, champion initiatives and maintain accurate records using our e-learning system. Level 3 Education & Training required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering care-related training across varied subjects essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses across sites.
• Deliver high-quality training to groups of employees across multiple homes.
• Conduct learner assessments and ensure outcomes meet standards.
• Support induction training for new homes and staff.
• Facilitate Champion programmes and support home champions.
• Maintain training records and adapt to changing needs.
• Provide guidance on the e-learning system and troubleshooting.
• Keep content aligned with best practices and ethos.
