Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver comprehensive training programmes for our care teams across residential and nursing homes in the North West region. You may travel to other regions to provide cover as needed.

The role requires strong communication, regulatory knowledge (Skills for Care, CQC) and experience in creating engaging training content. An established induction process and e-learning guidance are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses.
• Assess learner progress to meet standards.
• Support induction training for new homes and employees.
• Maintain accurate training records and provide guidance on e-learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver training across sites within the North West region.
• Deliver high-quality training to groups across multiple sites.
• Conduct learner assessments to meet Skills for Care and CQC standards.
• Support induction and champion programmes; travel as needed.
