Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver a comprehensive range of training programmes for care teams across residential and nursing homes, with potential homecare branches.

You will oversee learning and development, travel to other regions as needed, conduct learner assessments, support induction, and facilitate Champion programmes while maintaining accurate records and adapting content to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent, plus care-related training delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in care (Skills for Care, CQC).
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses for care teams.
• Oversee learning and development across residential and nursing homes and travel to other branches as needed.
• Conduct learner assessments and ensure outcomes meet regulatory standards.
• Support induction training for new homes and staff.
• Facilitate Champion programmes and maintain training records.
• Provide guidance on the e-learning system and keep content up to date.
