Greensleeves Care in the United Kingdom seeks a Regional Support Manager to lead regional teams, drive quality improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance across services. You will work with multidisciplinary groups to uphold high standards of care while supporting residents’ needs.

The role offers remote work flexibility, requiring strong leadership, budget oversight, and strategic development to sustain a high level of service across multiple homes.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in health, nursing or social care sectors.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and health and safety legislation.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive service improvements, and deliver outcomes in complex care settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, focused on quality and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional support teams to deliver high-quality care aligned with Greensleeves Homes Trust values.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards, health and safety, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and commissioners.
• Provide coaching and professional development to team members.
• Manage budgets and contribute to financial planning for sustainability.
• Prepare and present regional performance reports to senior management.
• Lead investigations and manage safeguarding incidents per organisational procedures.
