Greensleeves Care is seeking an experienced field-based care operations leader to oversee 27 locations in England in the absence of Home Manager or Deputy. You will safeguard resident wellbeing, supervise staffing, and ensure medication administration follows Greensleeves policy while liaising with health professionals and local authorities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services or equivalent
• Experience in multi-site care provider at senior management level
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory framework

Responsibilities

• Oversee care homes in the absence of Home Manager or Deputy
• Ensure high quality care standards and medication administration
• Support recruitment, care planning, staff training, and compliance with CQC regulations
