Job summary

Anchor is recruiting a Regional Support Manager to oversee seven care homes across Wiltshire, Hampshire, Devon and Cornwall. You will guide Home Managers, drive service improvements and ensure high-quality, person-centred care, stepping in as Registered Manager when necessary.

The role requires travel, a full UK driving license and the leadership capability to manage multiple sites. Competitive package includes £55,000 salary plus £5,800 car allowance for 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Home Manager or Regional Support Manager within a residential care setting.
Strong understanding of care quality, regulatory outcomes and safeguarding.
Ability to coach and guide Home Managers and Deputies to improve standards.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support across seven care homes and act as Registered Manager when required.
Support Home Managers to implement service improvement plans and regulatory compliance.
Guide Home Managers and Deputy Managers, sharing best practice for success.
Assist with inspections and prepare teams for improvements.
Identify challenges with home teams and drive sustainable improvements.
