Job summary

Stephen James Consulting are partnering with a developing elderly care provider to recruit a Regional Support Manager across Essex. You will oversee a portfolio of nursing homes, leading multi-site operations and delivering high standards of care.

Salary range £75,000 - £80,000 + Car Allowance DOE, with substantial scope and progression. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Registered Home Manager or equivalent (RSM/Peripatetic), a strong grasp of CQC/safeguarding and local authority processes,

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Registered Home Manager or in a similar role (RSM / Peripatetic Manager).
Strong understanding of current CQC regulations, safeguarding, and local authority procedures.
Evidence of excellent time management skills.
Proven ability to achieve financial targets and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Carry out operational or quality projects within a Home or area as directed by Head of Operations.
Provide strong, professional leadership in Homes and ensure efficient use of resources.
Advise Home Managers and senior staff to achieve high standards of care and quality.
Undertake key operational and quality projects, including audits, mentoring and training.
