Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium care homes across the South of England. The role is home-based with regular regional travel, reporting to senior leadership and supporting Home Managers to deliver outstanding care and strong commercial performance.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Nurse with an active NMC PIN, capable of multi-site operational leadership and driving improvements across multiple services.

Qualifications

Qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN.
Strong experience in the nursing home sector.
Proven multi-site operational leadership experience.
Experience supporting and managing Home Managers across multiple services.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in adult social care.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership for up to five premium care homes.
Coach and develop Home Managers to achieve strong results.
Ensure high standards of nursing and residential care across the portfolio.
Monitor regulatory compliance and quality.
Prepare homes for inspections and implement improvements when needed.
Drive a performance-focused culture with residents and families in mind.
Monitor occupancy, staffing and financial performance across the region.
Support recruitment, retention and succession planning.
