Job summary

Leaders in Care is recruiting a Regional Manager for the East Midlands, overseeing a portfolio of care homes with regional travel. You will work with Home Managers to strengthen clinical practice and drive operational excellence.

The role focuses on safeguarding residents, delivering safe person-centred care, and achieving high regulatory standards across services. The successful candidate will mentor teams and lead quality improvement initiatives within a supportive senior leadership team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and current registration.
• Experience leading multi-site operations within elderly care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation.
• Proven track record delivering quality improvement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and ongoing support to Home Managers.
• Support services to achieve and maintain high standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement and monitor quality improvement plans.
• Conduct clinical, governance and quality audits to improve resident outcomes.
• Support managers with clinical governance, nursing practice and performance management.
• Facilitate clinical supervision and nurse revalidation.
• Provide guidance on safeguarding concerns and investigations.
• Support occupancy growth by delivering exceptional resident experiences.
• Build relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive regional improvements.
