Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of our divisions. You will focus on increasing occupancy by handling enquiries, building relationships with residents and families, and supporting local marketing activities.

You will work with an exceptional management team, representing our state-of-the-art homes and delivering first-class care within the region. This role offers a competitive rewards package and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience analysing data in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and occupancy.
• Represent the home professionally to residents and relatives.
• Support local marketing activities to generate enquiries.
• Engage with the local community to raise the home's profile.
• Maintain a contacts database and sales activity records.
