Job summary

Adore Recruitment Ltd in the Midlands is seeking a Technical Sales Manager – HVAC to drive new business and grow key accounts across the Midlands and Central England. This field-based/remote role offers autonomy and the chance to build a significant regional sales territory.

You will engage with mechanical contractors, consultants and engineers, presenting HVAC solutions and managing opportunities from enquiry to order. A strong technical and commercial track record is essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC/building services sales experience.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC products and applications.
• Experience in project- and specification-led sales.
• Proven track record of developing and converting opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing customer relationships across the region.
• Identify project opportunities and provide technically appropriate HVAC solutions.
• Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through quotation, negotiation and order conversion.
