Job summary

SER Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager for HVAC Rental Solutions across South West England and South Wales. The role focuses on developing new business, building long-term customer relationships, and selling technical, solution-led services.

You will manage a territory, visit sites, prepare quotations, and grow a robust sales pipeline with CRM. A hunter mentality and strong communication are essential, with a UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in external sales or business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across defined markets (manufacturing, food & beverage, warehousing, logistics, industrial and HVAC contractor markets).
• Build and develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate and qualify your own sales opportunities.
• Carry out customer visits and site surveys to identify suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and manage opportunities through to completion.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM.
