Job summary

phs Besafe, part of the phs Group, is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive new business across manufacturing, construction and transport sectors. You will identify, win, and onboard new customers with a 100% new business focus.

In this field-based role, you will build a strong pipeline, conduct site surveys, and present tailored solutions. An active UK driving license and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B new business sales.
• Experience in Workwear, PPE, or industrial solutions is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce.

Regional Business Development Manager

Are you a driven new business sales professional with experience in Workwear, PPE, Managed Services, or Industrial Solutions ?

phs Besafe is looking for an ambitious Regional Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a genuine 100% new business role , focused on identifying, winning, and onboarding new customers across the manufacturing, construction, and transport sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving new business growth across your territory.


• Building a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and business development activity.


• Conducting customer site surveys and identifying tailored solutions.


• Advising customers on workwear and PPE compliance requirements.


• Creating and presenting commercial proposals that deliver value and profitability.


• Working closely with operational teams to ensure successful implementation of new contracts.


• Managing opportunities through Salesforce CRM.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B new business sales .


• Experience within workwear, PPE, garment services, managed services, or industrial solutions .


• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.


• Commercially astute with a passion for winning new business.


• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.


• Full UK Driving Licence.
