Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to support the BIM Lead in delivering consistent digital outcomes across the Southwest and Wales region. You will embed information management and BIM best practice, drive BEP processes and oversee CDE configurations.

You will lead BIM adoption, coordinate stakeholders, and align with client requirements and regional digital objectives, contributing to upskilling and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience as Information/BIM Manager in multi-disciplinary environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK BIM requirements and ISO 19650 information management.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks and Revizto; familiarity with Rhino, Solibri and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the regional BIM strategy and transformation plan with the BIM Lead.
• Define BIM scope, deliverables and approach to meet client needs.
• Assess, trial and adopt digital tools that deliver value.
• Support governance, assurance and reporting for BIM benefits.
• Provide BIM/IM input to bids (approach, deliverables, programme, resourcing).
• Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and BEP processes.
• Enable cross-discipline coordination and QA of information exchanges.
• Manage BIM Coordinators and upskill the wider BIM community.
