Job summary

Mace, a leading construction and consultancy firm, is hiring for a BIM specialist to guide project information deliverables remotely across UK teams.

You will develop BEP, information requirements (OIR/AIR/PIR/EIR), support the cost team with cost plans from models, and ensure ISO19650 governance and security standards.

The role involves collaborating with PM and design teams, staying current with Autodesk technologies, and promoting continuous improvement toward net zero carbon.

Qualifications

• Level 6 qualifications (or equivalent) required.
• Degree apprenticeship or degree with honours (BA/BSc or similar).
• Advanced understanding of ISO19650, BS1192, CDE, IFC, COBie and classifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess current resources on projects to meet goals.
• Communicate with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews to assess BIM candidates.
• Develop BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Develop and maintain digital handover strategy.
