Job summary

Digital Reality Corp in the United Kingdom seeks a UK BIM Manager to own the BIM function end-to-end, including delivery, processes, and external partners. You will establish scalable delivery models and ensure compliance with standards and quality.

The role also drives government contract readiness and future business growth, aligning BIM with Operations, Technology, and client requirements. The successful candidate will lead coordinated BIM efforts across projects, mentor teams, and stay ahead

Qualifications

• Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and procedures.
• Lead Project BIM Coordinators and manage Revit Technician workloads.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans, project standards and digital workflows to support consistent project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and project support to architectural and interior design teams.
• Lead and manage the BIM process for various projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure the effective integration of BIM models.
• Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and provide support to project teams.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide training and support to staff on BIM software and processes.
• Manage and resolve BIM-related issues and conflicts.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends, and recommend improvements and innovations.
• Coordinate with IT departments to ensure the proper functioning and updating of BIM software and hardware.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for BIM models and data
• Stay informed on advancements in building technology.
