Job summary

Mott MacDonald is recruiting a BIM Manager to lead digital delivery across a diverse portfolio, including nuclear, defence, energy, and infrastructure projects. The role is client-facing with responsibility for BEPs, information governance, and standards.

You will drive high-quality digital outputs and champion best practices across the business. Based in the UK with hybrid working, you will collaborate with project teams, clients, and supply chain partners to ensure robust information

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading BIM and digital delivery on complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience developing BIM Execution Plans and information management workflows.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 principles and information management methodologies.
• Proficiency with Autodesk platforms including Revit and ACC.
• Experience managing Common Data Environments and information workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and digital delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality and compliance with requirements.
• Develop and maintain BEPs, information management procedures and digital delivery strategies.
• Provide guidance on BIM standards and information management including ISO 19650.
• Collaborate with project teams and partners to establish governance for digital delivery.
• Review BIM models and information deliverables for quality, security, and client expectations.
• Oversee CDE configuration and information exchange across teams.
• Coordinate with discipline leads to set information delivery plans and workflows.
• Monitor project performance from a digital delivery perspective and identify improvements.
• Represent digital delivery in client meetings and reviews as trusted advisor.
• Promote adoption of emerging technologies and best practices in digital engineering.
• Mentor BIM professionals and contribute to standards and governance updates.
