Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a senior Information Manager to lead BIM and Information Management across major programmes. You will guide delivery teams, develop information strategies, and ensure data integrity and accessibility. The role combines IM leadership with developing internal capabilities and cross-team collaboration.

You will drive improvements, support clients, and train teams in IM standards while promoting BIM best practices within a hybrid, flexible-work environment in the UK.

Qualifications

• More than a decade of experience in heavy industries (nuclear preferred).
• Exceptional knowledge of Information Management / BIM and digital transformation.
• Ability to lead on large programmes and mentor delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership as Information Manager on large-scale projects or programmes.
• Draft and maintain BIM and Information Management strategies and standards.
• Ensure teams are trained in information management standards and procedures.
• Drive improvements to internal IM & digital services and ways of working.
• Develop and deliver proposals for IM-related services and SME guidance.
