You will hunt for new opportunities, manage key accounts, and promote low-carbon aggregates while building long-term relationships with contractors, local authorities, and infrastructure partners.

A full UK driving licence is essential, and you will collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time

Responsibilities

• Grow the pipeline by identifying and winning new opportunities across construction sectors.
• Manage and retain key accounts, delivering top-tier service.
• Lead commercial negotiations to meet revenue targets and margins.
• Provide technical advice on IBA aggregates and applications.
• Champion sustainability with regulators and authorities.
• Collaborate with production and logistics to ensure delivery.
