Qualifications

• Experience with contractors or construction consultancies.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building abilities.
• Understanding of construction procurement routes and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain regular contact with key clients and consultants through meetings and calls.
• Gather market intelligence and track opportunities for tender lists.
• Provide feedback on live opportunities to Directors and bid team.
• Collect client feedback on selection questionnaires and tenders to improve bids.
• Help decide which opportunities to pursue or decline.
• Assist in managing secured frameworks for maximum value.
• Keep CRM opportunity records accurate and up to date.
• Lead marketing and client events for the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends and sustainability commitments.
