Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking an Aftersales Digitalization Business Partner to connect local aftersales teams and dealers with the European Digitalization group. You will shape practical digital solutions and drive them from requirements through rollout and adoption.

You will leverage data, AI and automation to improve efficiency, working with Digital Product Owners, dealers and HQ teams in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in information systems, business, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business digitalization or related areas.
• Translate ambiguous problems into practical digital solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise digital systems and integration concepts.
• Experience across requirement analysis, solution definition, testing, rollout and adoption.
• Experience using data, AI or automation to improve processes.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication with business users, dealers and technical teams.
• Fluent English; local language may be required; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience with dealer networks or multi-market organizations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes, identify pain points and translate into digital initiatives.
• Represent local needs in regional/global digital product development and define requirements.
• Coordinate requirements, validation, UAT, pilots, acceptance and rollout.
• Improve dealer connectivity between systems and platforms with vendors and tech teams.
• Drive local rollout and adoption of regional/global digital platforms.
• Use data, AI and automation to improve analysis, documentation and problem solving.
• Own digital issues from users; perform root-cause analysis and drive improvements.
• Identify scalable digital capabilities from recurring market needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners across markets.
