Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Training Support Specialist for the After-sales Training Section in the UK. The role focuses on organizing and delivering training, coordinating with trainers and engineers, and ensuring a smooth post-training experience.

You will manage program operations, handling logistics, materials, LMS, and trainer support while maintaining trainee registrations and evaluating training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, a technical field, or related discipline preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• AI capability.
• Ability to analyse data and create reports on training effectiveness.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Right-to-work in the U.K.

Responsibilities

• Program operations: schedule training sessions, develop materials, ensure programs meet goals.
• Administrative Support: manage registrations, curriculum development, venue logistics, equipment.
• Evaluation and Improvement: assess training effectiveness, implement improvements, track skills and retention.
• Collaboration: support new training initiatives, act as a resource, support live-stream sessions.
