ACH Refugee Integration Services Provider is seeking a Support & Integration Team Leader in Coventry to drive high-quality resettlement support for refugees and migrants. You will lead a team of frontline practitioners, ensure safeguarding standards, and develop staff to achieve career goals while delivering for clients.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive package and opportunities for professional growth in a values-driven social enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience providing frontline support in an advice role.
• Experience working with refugees and migrants.
• Knowledge of UK institutions and resettlement programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of support practitioners delivering high-quality resettlement services.
• Ensure safeguarding, risk assessments and case management are maintained.
• Oversee referral pathways, monitor service quality and drive improvements.
• Manage recruitment, performance and staff development.
